Our family has been going to Pittsford Family Dental for many years. We are very impressed with their dentists and dental hygienists, they are very knowledgable and proactive in advising on dental issues (our dentist has been Dr. Polka). Pittsford Family Dental is very patient oriented. As an example, last Thursday night I had a crown pop off of a molar. I called on Friday to set up an appointment and was able to get one the next day and Dr. Kim did a wonderful job of not only resetting the crown, but also able to make more room between the crown and the adjoining tooth, so flossing will be less likely to pop the crown off. In summary, this is the best dental practice that we have ever had. Jan Shack

Impressive team. Joy consistently and kindly answered our questions and Dr. Vella and his team were terrific with my son's procedure. He actually follows up in the evening and makes himself available to his patients should there be questions post-procedure evenings and weekends as well. All went well for which we are most grateful. We had an excellent experience with our daughters wisdom teeth extraction. From the pre-op consultation to the post surgery follow up, Dr. Vella, Joy and their staff made this a very smooth and informed process. They answered all of our questions, helped with insurance and were very clear with instructions for our daughter to have an optimal experience and minimal discomfort. Dr. Mark has been my dentist for the past 23 years and I can honestly say I trust him with my whole mouth!😁I have a bit of anxiety when it comes to dental work, but the wonderful hygienists and Dr. Mark always make me feel safe and they constantly check to make sure I am ok. I appreciate their compassion so very much! Once I cracked a tooth on seeded toast & Dr. Mark met me immediately that day! The office staff is always very warm & welcoming, as well. I've been with Dr. Mark Conners for over 26 years. He's an outstanding dentist! Over the years I have seen all of the dentists in the practice; they are all wonderful. The dental hygienists, assistants, and all of the staff are all wonderful. They take good care of you.

Mark is my dentist. He’s wonderful! I can’t say enough about him. He has a great personality. He is so gentle when he is working on your teeth. He is always asking if your ok while doing the procedure. He answers all of your questions. I couldn’t ask for more from a dentist. The staff is also very nice, they go above and beyond to accommodate you. I have also seen other Dentists in his office as well and they are all incredibly wonderful too. I also want to mention the Dental Hygienists are great too!

I have been going to Pittsford family dental for 24 years. This is a most impressive practice second to none. Mark has been my dentist the entire time but I would recommend any of the dentists in the office. Everyone is very friendly and put their patients first! From the first time you walk through the doors, you immediately feel comfortable.
