We are committed to providing our patients with the best comprehensive dental care possible. We always recommend your treatment based on your dental needs, not by what your insurance company covers. Dental insurance is a benefit to help assist you with the cost. All charges you incur for your dental care are your responsibility regardless of insurance coverage. As your dental provider, our relationship is with you and not the insurance company.

Please bring your insurance information with you to your first appointment so that we can expedite reimbursement.

Insurance Information

We participate in Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield of the Rochester area. We will submit claims and accept payment from all dental insurance plans that will pay to out-of-network providers.

Your estimated amount is due at the time of service. The estimate is based on information received from your insurance company. It is not a guarantee of payment or approval from the insurance company. If you would like to know your estimated co-payment prior to your appointment, please ask when scheduling.

Payment and Billing Information

Once insurance processes, if there is a remaining amount due that exceeds the estimated amount you have already paid, a statement will be sent to you. Once you receive a statement, please submit the balance within 30 days. Collection action will be taken on any accounts over 60 days. We realize sometimes extreme cases arise that may affect timely payment and if necessary, please contact us directly for assistance in handling this matter.

Our practice accepts cash, personal checks, Master Card, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We work with CareCredit to offer monthly payment plans, including some interest-free options. For more information visit carecredit.com, or click here to view our CareCredit profile and apply online.
