By now it’s become clear that day-to-day life, for every New Yorker, has changed significantly.  And like so many industries and local businesses, we at Pittsford Family Dental have been forced to make some very difficult decisions over the past few weeks.  Our ultimate goal is to help protect the health and safety of our patients, our staff, and our neighbors throughout the Rochester community.

Rescheduling Appointments

In accordance with recommendations from the American Dental Association, our practice will remain closed until May 1, 2020 or until further notified.  Non-emergency patients who currently have appointments scheduled will be contacted by our staff to reschedule.  This includes routine cleanings, exams and other common non-emergent services. We will be updating our website regularly, and will be sure to post updates in the event that these dates change.

Emergency Dental Services

For new and current patients who are dealing with a dental emergency, we encourage you to call our office at 585-248-5250 to speak with a member of our support staff.  We’ve taken special measures to arrange appointments for patients who are in need of emergency dental care.  We ask that you please respect our limitations at this time, and only use the emergency number for situations that pose a dire need for treatment.

This is a challenging time for everyone, and we understand that having to delay care can be frustrating to many.  Pittsford Family Dental cares deeply for the wonderful patients we treat, as well as the members of our staff who are dedicated to serving the greater good.
